Code of Conduct and Ethics

We believe that conducting business ethically is critical to all of our long-term success. Ethics, integrity, honesty, and hard work provide the foundation upon which we build competitive excellence and business success.

We operate in an increasingly complex business environment and in a wide range of competitive situations. To continue to be successful within this environment, we are resolute in our commitment to perform at the highest ethical level. This commitment must guide all of us in every aspect of our business endeavors.

We expect every alumni participant to practice the highest standards of business conduct in every business relationship - both with fellow alumni and with fellow alumni's customers, business partners and competitors into which you may come into contact.

In short, it is important that each and every one of us clearly understands and abides by our commitment to ethics, integrity, and honesty. As individuals, and collectively as a group, we must comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations in all aspects of our dealings with fellow alumni. Our commitment to the highest professional standards is essential to our continued success in a growing and increasingly competitive marketplace.

Fair Dealings

Alumni participants may not take unfair advantage through misrepresentation of material facts, concealment or abuse of privileged information or any other unfair-dealing practice. A good reputation is an essential intangible resource. A good reputation in external relations favors businesses dealings and client loyalty, All alumni participants must act fairly, honestly, and in good faith in any dealings gained through use of the group network.

We strive to give credit and honor to our schools and to ourselves as culinary alumni. To that end, the founders of the Alumni Helping Alumni group has adopted this Code of Business Conduct and Ethics as well as the fair dealing policy above. All alumni participants being involved in the group network pledges to uphold the code in dealing with fellow alumni.
